Most likely she has migraine.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your wife's symptoms and they are suggestive of migraine.
Since she has frequent episodes of headache, she needs to be started on preventive medications, such as topiramate or beta blockers. These medicines would reduce the frequency and severity of headaches.
In addition, she can take medications to receive pain, as and when she gets headaches. Options include rizatriptan tablets or zolmitriptan nasal spray.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
If there is a different type of headache, which is unlike migraine, we should go for brain scan to exclude other causes of headache.
You can get MRI brain with venogram done.
