Brief Answer:
more information needed

Detailed Answer:
welcome to HCM

As I can understand that your main complaint is of tingling sensation radiating to your left arm.
we have possibility of following conditions like:
spine problems, injury to back, brachial plexus injury, vitamin deficiency, chronic inflammatory conditions of spine etc.

A more elaborate detail in terms of:
onset of pain, is it continuous or episodic, triggering factors, can help in having a better clinical picture.
Additionally we need to run few investigations such as:
MRI spine, vitamin b12 levels, ESR investigations, Blood hemogram, for finding the cause.

I would need to know if you have been on medications.

kindly revert back with detail information regarding above points.
