Brief Answer:
Please do not delay seeking medical help

Detailed Answer:
Good day.
Noted your concern. A number of disorders need to be ruled out for frequent urination and blood in urine. This include Diabetes, Urinary tract infections, stones, Masses in kidneys or urinary bladder etc. In addition to a thorough physical examination, she also need following tests.
1.CBC, Fasting blood sugar.
2.Serum creatinine avd blood urea.
3. Urine examination.
4. Ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis.
5. if required, a CT scan/Urogram or cystoscopy.

I would say that , with this symptom,,please do not delay in seeking medical help.
