What Causes Frequent Urge To Urniate With Strong Vaginal Smell?
Urine, and vaginal discharge examination needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
On the basis of your history, I would suggest you a couple of tests.
Get an urine test -routine and microscopy to look for infection in the urinary tract.
If infection is detected, get a urine culture and drug sensitivity, these tests are done to know the organism causing the infection and select most appropriate antibiotic effective against the infectious agent.
You have mentioned that there is strong vaginal odor.
Is this vaginal odor associated with any kind of discharge?
If yes get the discharge examined to look for infection.
If no discharge get a vaginal swab and get it examined.
These two investigation will identify infection in the urinary tract and the vaginal tract.
Chlamydia infection is not detected by the above tests.
Thus, a serological test for chlamydia should be repeated.
The lower quadrant abdominal discomfort and pelvic area could be due to pelvic inflammatory diseases which will be assessed by above mentioned tests.
A history of IBS can be responsible for the diarrhea, thus, you need to consult your treating gastroenterologist for this problem.
Consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and prescription of above mentioned investigations.
If you more queries, I will be glad to answer.

Symptoms due to IBS, consult a gastroeneterologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
If all tests are negative, then urinary tract infection and reproductive tract infections are ruled out.
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a stress related disease and it can cause abdominal pain and discomfort along with diarrhea.
I would suggest you to consult your treating gastroenterologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and medication to control the symptoms.

Hello and welcome again,
The serological test for chlamydia should be repeated.
Serological tests are antibody based thus the antibodies may take some time to appear in blood.
Vaginal odor/ discharge if persists should be repeated.
If there is associated burning during urination, urine test should be done again.
