Brief Answer:
likely related to the prostate, most common cause

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It may be related to the prostate.

Prostatic enlargement may cause changes in the urine stream. It can cause all or some of the following: hesitancy (problems starting up urine flow), dribbling, urgency to urinate, frequency, incontinence

The enlargement may be benign (non cancerous) or cancerous. Benign is more common.

This can be checked by a blood tests and also examination of the prostate by a doctor.

Treatment of benign prostate hypertrophy (enlargement) can involve medications such as flomax, avodart or propecia.

If it is not benign then additional investigations and treatment would be needed.
