Also, more frequent urination and having small bowel movements at night. All not normal for her. Past history of severe endometriosis when she was in her 20's and had a hysterectomy at that time. She does not have a UTI. All electrolytes wnl.
Brief Answer:
Could be menopausal symptoms plus a bit of genital prolapse.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
These could be post menopausal symptoms, albeit they are a little late in onset, particularly the flushing is more commonly seen with menopausal women.
The urinary and bowel issues could be caused by a genital prolapse or mild incontinence, which maybe age related or drug induced.
She needs to be seen by an OB - GYN who would evaluate the pelvic issues ( bowel and bladder ) by an internal exam and appropriate voiding / holding tests.
Also, oral hormonal replacement therapy would help to mitigate the flushing that she has.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.

As below
Detailed Answer:
Well, a neuroendocrine tumour is a very rare occurrence.
Further, with normal thyroid and cortisol levels, the likelihood of a neuroendocrine tumour is very less.
I would say it is more of menopausal symptoms.
And the fatigue can be explained by the lack of thorough sleep.
However, you can get tested for neuroendocrine tumour, so that your anxiety is allayed.
Rest I would advise a gynec exam as suggested earlier.
Take care.
