Question: Hi. I've been cured of stage 4 large b cell non-hodgkins lymphoma twice in the past 2 years. I don't sleep well now, am experiencing pain and or discomfort in lower abdomen and groin, frequent urination, esp at night, dripping, etc. and have pain in my finger tips and big toes. I have night sweats, but not every night. What are the chances it has returned.

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Chances are difficult to predict.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM. I appreciate your concern. As you said you have been treated twice for the same disease with complete cure, there are still chances for it to get relapsed.
However, the symptoms which you mentioned are non specific except for the night sweats which again are not frequent.
Moreover your PETCT 2 months back was normal. So I dont think it is a relapse.
You can undergo an ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis at this stage.
If symptoms worsen, or there is a new development then a full PET scan may be warranted depending upon the clinical examination.
Thanks and regards
