Question: have frequent urnatin what can I do I'm 85 years old
Brief Answer:
common problem.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXX,
welcome to HCM.
Frequent urination in your age group is commonly due to reduced bladder capacity, urinary tract infections, or prostate enlargement. If you are a diabetic, you need to keep your sugars under control.
For identification of the cause, you have to undergo tests like ultrasound abdomen, urine analysis and blood sugar.
Treatment of the cause will solve your problem.
If you can't immediately access a physician, you may try some OTC antibiotics like ciprofloxacin. Limit water intake if you are not thirsty. Bladder drug like flavoxate might help.
Hope I am clear.
