What Causes Frontal Lobe Syndrome After Traumatic Brain Damage?

default
Posted on Wed, 25 Jan 2017
Question: I was the 3 different time patient of Dr. Alburt Globus. I have brain damage in both frontal cortex. It caused me great hardship thoughout life. I have not been receiving treatment for a while because I came across a couple bad seeds. Due to my brain damage, I don't make good choices and I see things that are not truly there, and I see things that are not really happening. This was difficult for me to accept but I finaly did. Dr. Globus accepted it and so does my wife and caretaker. I am asking how to convince others around, especially law enforcement, that things I say or things I perceive happen may be from my brain damage or from reality. My family is a witness to this trama and suffers greatly. What is this diagnosis named? I had major head trama when I was a young child is where the damage accured. It cannot be corrected. Only relieve. If you send your phone number I can send you a picture of a legal medical letter Dr. Globus wrote me and I do have brain damage.

Brief Answer:
Frontal Lobe Syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

It is true that after traumatic brain damage, especially of frontal lobe(s), may arise behavior issues and/or psychological problems. It is called Frontal Lobe Syndrome and, to justify it, a brain MRI that shows traumatic frontal lobe(s) damage ( malatia ) together with an evaluation by a Psychiatrist or Neurologist are necessary.

If Dr. Globus is a licensed Psychiatrist or Neurologist his legal statement is okay, but you still need a brain MRI report to justify it. You can attach the statement here on the right side with the help 'Upload' feature.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
