Brief Answer:
Sinusitis with pharyngitis & Eustachian tube block

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

The symptoms described by you could be related to sinusitis.

To explain to you in detail, any nasal or sinus congestion can cause nasal block. When there is nasal block, one tends to open the mouth and breathe. Mouth breathing dries up the throat causing throat discomfort.

Secondly, due to nasal congestion the Eustachian tube (the tube connecting nose and the ear) gets blocked. Eustachian tube block creates negative pressure in the middle ear thus causing clogging of the ears.

My suggestions to you are:
1. Drink plenty of warm water
2. Do steam inflammation 3-4 times a day
3. Use xylometazoline nasal spray 3-4 times a day, for a maximum 5 days
4. Take anti-inflammatory medicines such as diclofenac or ibuprofen for the treatment of the same
5. Avoid smoking/coffee/fizzy drinks

Hope with these measures you should be alright, revert back to me if you have any follow up queries.
