What Causes Fullness In Renal System And Difficult Urination?
Question: I have Mild Fulness in the Renal Collection System...
Pain in the back ...its more towards the left kidney then right although doctor has mentioned mild fullness in both.
USG did not detect any stone however.
Urination doesn't feel normal. Its more then 8-10 times a day. Although I don't have to get up in the night after sleeping but I feel tired more then often now. Mild Fulness in Renal Collection System doesn't indicate the underlying problem if there are any. I need to find a good doctor in XXXXXXX or Baroda who can help me. The Radiologist mentioned I don't need a Urologist but I want to get a second opinion.

Brief Answer:
Suggest MRI
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have read your query
I think in my opinion, the ultrasound is suggestive of bilateral renal calculi.
I think this should be confirmed by an MRI for sure.
there are many things in the stomach that can confuse an ultrasound
MRI is a better option.
I think you should do an MRI
As for a doctor's opinion, I would suggest that yes, a urologist opinion should be taken for sure.
However, if you do an MRI first, it may save you some time
You may meet a good urologist at BJ medical college, or Mangeshkar Hospital
Best of luck

Yes I have followed up with a visit to a Urologist and he has mentioned that we need to find out if there are any strictures in the Urinary tract and asked me to undergo a Urethrogram test however I have a few concerns about this test.
The Instruments are :-
Inj Urografin 76%
IV NS
as a precaution against complications what should I do ?
