What Causes Gas, Heat Sensation In Stomach, Discomfort In Lower Back And Abdomen?
Question: Hello doctor,
i am a bachelor 27 years old. Since when i was 18years old i cultivated the habit of doing masturbation, from then on i was doing it very frequently, 6 or 8 times in 4 or 5 days. Because of this Since last 2 years i am having gastic problem and also i could feel excess heat in my stomach. But now i am starting to feel discomfort in my abdomen and lower back side, can you please suggest what is happening to me.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
First i would like to clear your thoughts about masturbation being the cause for this. Masturbation won't cause any stomach disturbances and it has nothing to do with it.
Coming to your gastric problem, feeling of heat and discomfort in abdominal region have multiple causes. Most common being gastritis but from your medication list you have already taken meds for the same.
I would like to ask certain questions regarding this.
1. How and exactly when are you taking the meds you have mentioned in the list ie. Pantakind, ulgel and orovit?
2. Do you consume alcohol? If yes how much how frequently?
3. Does the pain or discomfort decrease or increase after taking food?
4. How are your earing habbits? Regular or irregular?
Kindly answer me above questions so i can guide you and advice you in more detail.

Please see below the answers;
1.Pantakind 1 in the morning, oravit 1 after lunch and ulgel 1 after evening snacks. I am having these medicines since 3 days.
2. I dont consume alchohol.
3.I feel pain after 1 or 2 hours of eating food. I feel too much pain when i eat any spicy food.
I will be relieved from pain when i go to motion.
4. Regular only.

So according to your given answers i feel you might have gastric ulcers.
It occurs due to hyperacidity or sometime h. Pylori infection.
After having food, the food irritates the ulcer and causes pain and discomfort.
During masturbation there is sometimes diaphragmatic irritation and can increase the pain and discomfort.
From this history i can advice you to get a endoscopy done from a gastroenterologist so to get visual proof of presence of any ulcers and get the proper treatment if it looks like H. Pylori infection.
Till then take pantoprazole 40mg twice a day half hour before food.
You can stop orovit unless prescribed by a doctor.
Ulgel you take only when you feel pain and discomfort.

On the cover of ulge tabletl i noticed that it can be taken 4 times daily after meals. Can you pls tell me the harmfulness of taking ulgel tablet.
