Brief Answer:
Get a stool test done

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

In infants upto 6 months of age frequency of motion upto 7 per day is normal if he is accepting feed well,active/playful and passing urine.
There are some pigments in the stool which are responsible for normal yellow color of stool. In case of increased frequency the transit time of stool decreases and thus the change in color of these pigments from green to yellow could not occur. This is the reason of green color of stool which is frequently seen in case of frequent stool in this age.
This is more common in this age as the enzyme system which causes change in color of pigments is not fully developed.
.Probiotics contains normal gut flora which also helps in changing the color of stool. I suggest you to give him probiotics daily for 4 days.
Apart from this there may be few other causes of this color of stool one of those is infection.Drooling of saliva is normal if it is not persistent.
So in the present situation I would get a stool test done to find any abnormality.I will continue the feeds and will observe the baby for his activity, oral acceptance and urinary frequency. In case of any abnormal finding I would suggest you to consult your pediatrician.
I shall be glad to answer if you have any further query.
Regards
