I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:

2. This is why in my opinion you need to do fecal culture test plus fecal test for candida overgrowth.

Is there anything I can do before doing a culture or candidia test? Something like eating yogurt,or trying a supplement? What if I just ignore it? Might it just get better on its own? I am on a very, very limited budget and would like to avoid the cost of the tests if at all possible unless it would be unsafe to do so.
