Question: Hi, this grey cauliflower like grey dot is situated in the genital area. could you tell me what this is please? thanks

I can not say that it is nothing to worry about, because it has not a regular shape and all the lesions like that in that area, should be taken seriously.

Genital warts are more regular in shape in general also.
