For several years. Cannot squat or sit cross legged, or get on my knees to clean floor. My knees fell like a million bee stings when I put my weight on them. I can't say there is numbness , just hurts and walk with limp for a while . This happened yesterday and I still can't put full weight on my right hip.
Sorry, I am describing two systems . Right hip and both knees.
