Brief Answer:
imipenem for 14 days.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Since you are having citrobacter koseri infection in your blood culture which is a gram negative nonspore forming bacillus and it is sensitive to imipenem antibiotic and your CT scan brain is normal and all other reports are normal i would advise you to get admitted in a hospital and start imipenem antibiotic course which can be given by intravenous route with your doctors advise for a duration 14 days.
