What Causes Hair Fall, Weight Gain And Fatigue In A Patient With PCOS?
Question: I am 44 years old. I have PCOS. This past year I've suffered with extreme fatigue. Now my hair is dry, brittle & thinning. I suffer with occasional low grade fevers, mainly @ night. I have dry eyes & mouth lately. I've gained a lot of weight these past 2 years. I am currently taking sertraline for anxiety.

Also another condition that needs to be considered is Diabetes which can cause dry mouth and extreme Fatigue.
In this regard I would recommend you to get tested for both these conditions. Kindly get the following tests done and revert back with reports.
Fasting and Postprandial Blood sugars, HBA1c and TSH.
