Cycles are regular
Baby was born in Nov 2013
The complete Blood picture test was done that had hemoglobin, sugar and all the other aspects of blood tests included- it was all normal
I had PCOD before my child was born but after I lost weight (about 15kgs). I had it checked after my baby also and it did not show up in the tests again.

Brief Answer:
PCOD relapse is likely, please get tested for that.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the updates.
It is very possible that you are having PCOD again, as it is typical to have hair growth in the chin, face, underarms etc in PCOD.
Plus you already have a history of PCOD.
I would request you to get tested for it again.
Please get the following tests done on day 2 of your menstrual cycle - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, DHEAS, Free testosterone, Lipid profile.
That will confirm the diagnosis.
Also a pelvic transvaginal ultrasound scan after your period is over.
At 88 kg, you are still overweight, and you need to lose atleast 10 - 15kg of weight.
IF PCOD is confirmed you can then start anti androgen agents to help with the hair growth issue.
You can also contact a dermatologist and consider laser hair removal for permanent solution.
