The areas have been bald for several years. They are the front of the shin, just above the ankle. There is minimal hair on the sides of the calves and a small amount (almost none) of hair on the toes This is true for both legs. No autoimmune diseases and not taking any medications of any kind. My last blood work was three months ago and the results (except for PSA) were excellent. (A second PSA was done a month later and the result went from 4.2 to 3.5). Overall, my ND has told me that I am quite healthy. I was just concerned about PAD.
Brief Answer:
Idiopatic hair loss.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
From your description I can understand that it is an idiopathic hair loss.
If you have checked testostetone level and it has resulted within the normal ranges than diagnosis is confirmed.
There isn' t anything to worry about except the estetic part.
Wish you good health.
Kind regards,
