Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns for your mother.
She is hallucinating and has not slept at all in night. This has developed after atropine use.
I think she has probably developed delirium due to atropine. Elderly are sensitive to such side effects. You mention that she has history of side effects from expectorants.
In my opinion, you should consult the doctor immediately. Physostigmine is an antidote to these side effects of atropine. The urgent treatment is necessary.
Hope this helps.
I wish for speedy recovery of your mom.
Take care.
