Brief Answer:
Need further work up, Advice to follow up with Primary care physician

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank You for the query at HealthcareMagic

With the symptoms you are describing and your age, I would like to look into the possibility of Parkinson's disease, stroke, thyroid problems, vitamin deficiencies and other causes of dementia.

Thorough physical and neurologic evaluation, imaging study of the brain like CT /MRI scan, blood work up are needed at this point to make a definite diagnosis.

Moreover, it will be helpful to know your medical history and medications you are taking currently as certain medications can cause such symptoms.

Please be advised to follow up with a Primary care provider for further evaluation and management.

Hope I was able to answer your question
Please address further concerns/questions

Dr.Lekshmi
