What Causes Hard Lumps On Shaft After Taking Sildenafil?
Question: Hi I took sildenafil for the first time and now I have some hard lumps on my shaft

It is true that Sildenafil has some side effects like headache, abdominal discomfort, flushing, diarrheoa and some muscle pain. Some other effects are simply systemic as such. Lumps however have NOT been reported as a side effect of this drug.
It is difficult, and very difficult to associate these lumps to Sildenafil in take. Lumps on the shaft should be checked on the actual duration when they started, if they are increasing in size or not, and if they are painful or not. If chronic lumps, this could most of the time be lipomas, due to lipid or fat deposits beneath the skin and is generally not very serious.
Lumps however are not classically reported side effects of Sildenafil. I strongly suggest you consult your doctor for a proper clinical review. Other causes of lump formation should be carefully checked for first before considering possibility for Sildenafil, very unlikely of course in this case. Kind regards,
