Common wart; treatment is either Laser, radiofrequency or freezing
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank you for the Image. I have reviewed all 5 Images. Though 4 of them are blurred but in one image I can make out the lesion
This is a wart on your finger. It is a viral infection and presents as thick, raised, rough surfaced growth.
Treatment is ablation with either Co 2 Laser, Radiofrequency cauter Or Freezing with Liquid Nitrogen spray.

Brief Answer:
It would be better if they are removed
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
It is an infection that is caused by virus (human papilloma virus or Hpv). They can therefore increase in number due to autoinnoculation.
The infection can spread to others as well (it is contagious) and they may also develop warts. However, a wart that has persisted for 2 years or more is not that contagious but still it should be better removed. However, you may do that at your convenience and it is not an urgent indication.
They are not malignant. They are absolutely benign.
These lesions develop as a result of epidermal hyperproliferation and hyperkeratosis (thickening) at the site of infection. These epidermal changes are induced by warts.
