What Causes Hard Sore Spot On Penis?
Question: I had small hard seed spot on penis nirmally squeeze and white stuff. This time sore! And now it has gotten huge.. And sore.. I remove hair with cream regular..
Hi! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
If I were your doctor, I would advise you not to fiddle with the cyst, which possibly got infected now and causing the soreness. I would advise you to get it assessed by a general surgeon, who after controlling the infection with antibiotics, might advise you its surgical removal. Good luck.

So it is a cyst??
Brief Answer:
Physical examination of the lesion for diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX ! Nice to listen from you. From the history, it seems to be a cyst. However, to be sure this needs to be physically examined either by a general surgeon or a Dermatologist. The type of infection could be confirmed by a culture sensitivity test of the discharge, so that appropriate antibiotics could be prescribed. Many a times tiny lesion could heal completely with the course of appropriate antibiotics. However, if it did not, then you might need some invasive procedure for a cure.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.

There u go- not warts or herpes !!!! Was tested before fir herpees negative same partner since..
Brief Answer:
Looks like a small infected sebaceous cyst to me.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX ! From the pic you sent, the lesion seems to be in the skin of the shaft of penis - right ? This does not look like any herpes or warts, but It looks like a small infected sebaceous cyst to me as you mentioned in your first complaint that you removed some whitish material from it on pressure which also goes in favor of it. I would insist that you better show it to a general surgeon for a physical examination and further management.
I would appreciate a feed back after you get yourself clinically assessed by the surgeon in your area. Thanks and all the best. Dr Shareef.
