The medicine does not help at all. My epiglottis is disturbing me more .i have eachy throat and headaches

Thank you for following up.

As I had mentioned in our previous discussion, it usually takes 3-4 weeks to notice improvement while on Pantoprazole. I believe that you have been taking Pantoprazole for about 2 weeks now.
Continue Pantoprazole and life style changes.
If you do not notice any improvement even after next week, I would recommend further evaluation with 24 hour pH monitoring to confirm the diagnosis.
I understand that you have undergone endoscopic evaluation before.But endoscopic evaluation cannot confirm GERD. A 24 hour pH monitoring is required.
If the symptoms persist after 1 week, follow up with your gastroenterologist for undergoing evaluation for GERD.
