What Causes Headache And Blocked Nose While On BP Medication?
Question: Iam having headache of n on my one side nostril feel like blocked doctor gave me spray mimentasone my bp usually 150/ 90 when I check during this episodes

You did not mention if this is a recurring event or one time ? Do the Nsaids work? If it is recurring you need evaluation of the migraine / cluster headache by a Neurologist.
I this is first time or very rare event it might be because of high blood pressure. So if you rest and get the blood pressure down it should be fine. I do not think Mometasone and Levo would help in cases where there is no allergy reaction.
Kindly evaluate for high blood pressure. A weight loss is needed as you are on higher side.

It occur 2/3 times each month and present til 4/5days get releived by nsaid n levocetrizine. Done my xray they said deviatedseptum mild , my oneside tat is leftside face slightly enlarge compare to right side,shooting present and increased during the rihinitis attack, I need proper evaluation n medicine plz tel me some medication.,headdache even start after taking bath, behind both eyes n whole head is like tension band through out the day it get relived while iam sleeping ,usually not get proper sleep a lot of stress personal n profesional

So please see a Neurologist for the problem that you have that is recurring three times a month that lasts for more than 4 days each time. This will affect your life terribly and you cannot function properly and affect the livelihood.
Deviated nasal septum will not cause all these problem so often.
