Brief Answer:
Paracetamol is safe.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

During pregnancy, the safest painkiller that can be used is Acetaminophen or Paracetamol. This will help in mild pains headache fever and other generic pains. 500mg of a tablet can be consumed 3-4 times a day as per the requirement preferably after meals.

If the problem is still persistent then it is advisable to consult a gynecologist for proper diagnosis and prescription medicines.

Brief Answer:
Category C drug.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.

Saridon is US FDA pregnancy category: C drug. Avoid it's use during the third trimester as it may cause premature closure of the ductus arteriosus. It's not recommended in women attempting to conceive as may impair female fertility.

It is best to avoid it during pregnancy. You can rule out any malformation by a level 2 scan at 18 weeks of pregnancy.

Hope my answer is helpful.
