Brief Answer:
Xelijanz side effect

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Thank you for writing on health care magic

Well Xelijanz, is a new drug , rather one of the only kinds to be released in the market. It is a biological drug which they would have used for your uncontrolled disease.

As for the safety profile, it is still not well established. The headache you are getting is probably a side effect of the medicine. The other possibility can be sinus congestion due to an infection, as you are on quite strong medicines.

The best way to check is to skip the drug for a couple of days and see if your headache improves. Headache is a very well known side effect of this drug

Secondly, MEthotrexate is the best drug for rheumatoid. Xeljanz as a single drug is not be effective in controlling the disease. Hence combination is needed.
