Brief Answer:
It doesn't sound serious, but worthwhile consulting a doctor...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
At the outset, the sleep disturbance and the feeling of 'something on my head and body is crawling' may be related to the alcohol intake. Did you get any other tests like blood sugar, vitamin b12 check and liver function tests performed while checking INR value? If those are normal too, then I wouldn't be overly concerned. This could be related to sudden alcohol withdrawal and it should settle down.
If you haven't had those test, then it would be worthwhile to consult a doctor.
Hope I am clear. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Liver bleeding less likely...
Detailed Answer:
1. I went through your details and the medications. I am not sure about Ditrot 5mg. Did you type this wrongly?
2. Normal ECG is a healthy sign. Further 1.8 INR means you are less likely to bleed profusely.
3. Alcohol damages liver functions which also plays an important role on coagulation functions. Therefore yes, alcohol and acitrom will increase chances of bleeding. However your INR is not alarmingly high. Thus I will not be worried about liver bleeding.
4.In my opinion, your current symptoms may be related to alcohol intake. However it would be worthwhile to repeat those test as your last report were done before the current episode and before alcohol intake.
5. Alcohol intake is also riskier and interacts with acitrom as well as ambita XR. Therefore I will suggest you inform your doctor to alter your prescription if you have to consume alcohol.
In a nutshell, if your symptoms persist I will encourage you consult your treating doctor.
Hope this helps.
