Headache before orgasm is common. Many persons suffer from such sex headache. In general it is not major issue. However at age of 63 we need to rule out other causes.

- Since when headache is there?

- Do you have any other physical problem like blood pressure or diabetes?

- At this age I recommend proper check up of cardiac and neurological system to find cause if any.

I do not have high blood pressure or am I diabetic.I do take gemfibrozil and simvastatin for cholesterol. I have been taking them for about 4 years.The head aches have only happened 2 times in the past 3 weeks.
