Detailed Answer:

Possibility of migraine headache is most likely.
You should follow a good lifestyle.
Take timely food and adequate sleep.
Avoid fasting, delaying meals, excessive tea or coffee.
For prophylaxis you can take propranolol or Flunarizine or Topiramate or divalproate or amitryptiline. The need for prophylaxis treatment is when headache is bothering during most days of a month.
If life style modification decreases episodes to 2-3 per month then only pain killers like Naproxen or Aceclofenac can be taken.
