What Causes Headache, Fatigue And Brain Fog?

some thoughts
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your question.
Here are some things to consider.
Is it possible that you have sleep apnea? This is not always considered and with that people can have severe daytime fatigue and brain fog. You need to have a sleep study to rule that out.
I am sure that your doctor must have done blood tests including blood counts, thyroid tests and vitamin levels, but if not those would be good to check.
Another type of testing is for IgG antibodies to foods. Panels testing up to 150 foods can be ordered. Some people have severe sensitivities to foods and if you can find out what these are and eliminate them then your life can improve dramatically.
Just in general I would advise you to take a good multivitamin/multimineral supplement daily and extra vitamin C and fish oil as antioxidants to improve your immune function.
If you choose not to do the IgG food testing then I would try eliminating dairy and gluten from your diet for at least 3 months and see if your symptoms resolve.
