What Causes Headache, Fatigue, Drowsiness And Blurred Vision After Kidney Transplant?
Tac level should be rechecked at the earliest..
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX, Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern..
As per your description, the only drug which is possibly responsible for almost all this symptoms is the Tacrolimus, so I'd strongly suggest to get the Tac level checked at the earliest (it's important to note when was it done last time, and what was the previous dosage of Tacrolimus and how frequently it's getting titrated by the Nephrologist- all these details..)..
Please also get your blood pressure checked by your treating Cardiologist/ Nephrologist as there may be some dose modifications required in the anti-hypertensives..
No, even though some of those symptoms can be observed during hypoglycemia too, but it's not likely in this scenario..
While going for Tac level assay, please also discuss with the Nephrologist to get a repeat KFT done.. do report all these symptoms to your treating doctor as he/she must be kept in the loop..
Please don't delay anymore and get these done..
No, I'd suggest you to rest for the time being, till all these are done..avoid sitting in front of computer screen for the time being..
Let me know if there's any further queries..
Let me know how you stay in the due course..
Take Care
Kind Regards
Follow the Advises as already mentioned..
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back XXXXX,
Thanks for following up with the necessary details,
Well it's a relief that Tac level well under control (in fact a bit on the lower side)..Hb is well acceptable, don't worry about it..
You still need to follow the rest of the advises as already mentioned, so please meet the Cardiologist for a rechecking of the BP trend and to decide upon further need for modifying the anti-hypertensives, along with a fresh KFT..
Since there's a visual disturbance, it's better to mention that to the Cardiologist and if your using spects, then an Eye check-up by any ophthalmologist (specially a Fundoscopy) will be better..
Some minor concerns like stress, over-work, prolonged sitting in front of the computer's are definitely there, but in the background of the recent Renal transplant, Diabetes, Hypertension- it's always advisable to rule out any significant organic cause at first..
If all those didn't signify anything too concerning then it can be safely attributed to the stress factor and prolonged exposure to the computer for which a few days rest from work should be sufficient..
Do get yourself thoroughly checked out in a systematic way as mentioned, let me know how you stay in the due course..
Take Care
Kind Regards
You're always welcome to have my suggestions..
