Brief Answer:
Continue to give Advil

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concern. Most often such symptoms are due to viral infections. Please continue to give Advil as and when required. It will also relieve fever. antibiotics are ineffective in such cases. Irrespective of use of antibiotics, it usually spontaneously resolves in 5-7 days.
Children often suffer from viral infections that may manifest with fever. If your child is otherwise active and playful, I would not be concerned.

If chills continue, it might be a good idea to get the following tests done:
Blood for malaria parasite, complete counts
Urine for culture and sensitivity

Regards
