Question: My seven year old step daughter woke up crying with a headache. No fever but said nose was stuffy. I gave her children's ibuprofen. Should I seek medical attention or wait

As you have given her ibuprofen so i would suggest you to wait for 3-4 hrs and observe. If condition improves then give another dose till complete recovery AND if condition remains same or aggravates then you need to take her to hospital for further workup.
