How severe was the reaction and what kind of reaction?
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question.
As I understand it you had an allergic reaction from reclast, right?
How severe where your symptoms?
Can you please explain what symptoms are you having except weakness?
These reactions can last differently in different people, and also depends on how severe the reaction was, to determine for how long a person will recover fully.
Drinking plenty of fluids it is the mot important thing, so that the toxins produced will be eliminated faster from the body.
Anyway, please kindly give more the information required above, so I can have a better idea where is your health problem and the moment and try to give an accurate answer for you.
Looking forward to your follow up question.

Rule out hypothyroidism or anemia
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up question.
It is a bit strange that these symptoms are lasting for such a long time. In general, I would expect they to last maximum 2 weeks and then recover completely.
Also, I find it weird that among these symptoms there is fever and chills too because an allergic reaction would not present with fever.
So my thoughts are, while you had the reaction if caused damage to the thyroid or a hemolysis in the red blood cells causing anemia...that would explain such a chronic fatigue.
My advice is, that if you are not better in 1 more week, then consider testing yourself for TSH and a CBC to rule out possible hypothyroidism and anemia.
Hope this makes sense and it is helpful to lead you to the next step of taking care of your health.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.
Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
