Brief Answer:
Take precautions and treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You are suffering from migraine headache.
You need to follow preventive steps like timely meals, proper sleep, avoiding fasting, excessive tea or coffee.
If migraine attacks are recurrent, hampering 10 - 15 days in a month, you need to start prophylaxis medication.
Prophylaxis medications are propranolol, Topiramate, Valproate, amitryptiline, Flunarizine.
For acute attacks, pain killers like Naproxen or Aceclofenac can be taken. You can also take Triptans like sumatriptan or Rizatriptan during migraine attacks.
You should visit a neurologist for prescription.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
