What Causes Headache, Stomach Ache, Cramps And Flatulence?
Question: I had a mild headache yesterday afternoon. Got home and started having a mild stomach ache and cramping two inches below the belly button in the middle. Cramping is constant and uncomfortable. Feels like gas, however have passed gas and had regular bowel movements. This has been constant since 6 last night and heat helps a little.

It's hard to say with 100% certainty what this is, but most likely it is a virus. I am basing that on the combination of a headache and what is likely gastrointestinal cramping - even if your BMs have been normal, no diarrhea.
You can try Pepto Bismol to see if it helps decrease the pain. You can also try simethicone (Gas X) to break up any remaining gas.
If the cramping becomes severe, then do go in to the ER to make sure there is nothing more serious going on.
