Thanks for the prompt reply again.
I met and consulted a neurologist yesterday and done the MIR. MIR report is OK(copy attached) But Doctor said she has nerve weakness and prescribe the following medicines:
Toficlam (Tofisopam) 50 mg twice a day
Ketrip (Amitriptyline ) 10 mg once a day in the evening.
Vitamin supplement - Lycodox-Gold (Coensyme Q10, Lycepene, Selenium with Omeaga-3 fatty acids) - 1 twice a day.
Papain & Fungal Diastase Syrup.
Doctor asked us to meet after taking 10 days medicine and to do blood test for Serum Vit- B12 & Vit-D3 levels
Kindly advice whether she can continue with the medicine Livolexin twice a day (for liver) and Neurobion Forte injection alternate days for the remaining days as there was some improvement with these medicine took earlier. What about Elixir Neogadine syrup for appetite??
I forgot to ask the doctor about the above.
According to, we parents observation she has no anxiety disorders or depression, then is it necessary to have this medicine Toficlam 50 mg twice a day which have side effects ?
Kindly let me have your opinion & advice also in this regard.
With thanks & regards,

Take treatment as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's good that Mri is normal.
The blood reports are also normal.
There is no need to continue vitamin B 12 injections regularly.
Continue other medications as it may help in recovery.
No benefit of getting B12 testing as it may be raised due to injections.
Vitamin D can be tested.
Continue toficalm as it may allay any existing anxiety too.
