Brief Answer:
Can be from nasal problems or brain changes

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Now I have complete information from you.
My advise to you will be;
1. As your headache is not connected with high blood pressure and it is incessant, it is really not connected with your Arterial hypertension, just continue to take your BP medications
2. if there is suspicion of gastritis you must undergo gastroscopy and/or stool analyze for blood
3. your headache comes from either from your brain changes or from your nasal problems.
At first the inflammation should be treated obligatory, and also you should see neurologist

Wish you good health.

Answered by Dr. Lilit Baghdasaryan (34 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Depends on your blood pressure data

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Smoking and drinking are additional risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. So it is advised not to smoke and drink.

Whether you are hypertensive or not depends on your BP. You take blood pressure medication. If your blood pressure is below 140/90 you shouldn't worry.

Brief Answer:
Sinusitis can cause headache

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Sinusitis can cause headaches. At first you must treat your sinusitis.
If after the treatment your headaches continue, you should refer to neurologist for discussing whether it is from your brain changes.
