Brief Answer:
Observe and investigation may be needed if symptoms persist

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

Headache, nausea and mild discomfort below the rib can be there as a premonitory symptoms of any disease(gastritis, urinary tract or stomach infection) or may be nonspecific (not associated with any significant illness and improves over two to three days).
Here I would like to give her symptomatic treatment (Tylenol for headache, some acid reducing agent and medicine for nausea like ranitidine, ondensetron)and observe her for worsening or improvement of symptoms.
If symptoms persist or worsen, get her evaluated by a pediatrician as she may need to be investigated and managed accordingly.

I hope this helps.
I shall be glad to help you out in case you have any more doubts.
