What Causes Headaches At Night, Hip Pain, Black Stools, Low Energy And Dizziness?
Question: I have headaches severe at night, my hips hurt when sleeping on either side and my stools are black i also have low energy and somewhat dizzy.

It is possible that you have a bleeding diathesis. This could explain most of your symptoms.
Do get blood tests like PT, aPTT, INR, bleeding time, clotting time.
Do get your blood pressure recorded as high blood pressure can also cause the headache and weakness.

My blood pressure is low. I started taking iron pills two days ago and that helped with the dizziness.

I only started on the iron pills after the anemia symptoms were unbearable. The stools were black prior to the iron pills.
