Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, your symptoms seem to be related to cardiac arrhythmia.
From the other hand, considering the fact that these symptoms occur when getting out of the bed, an orthostatic intolerance could not be excluded.
I recommend consulting with a cardiologist for a careful physical examination and some tests:
- resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound to examine your cardiac function and structure
- an ambulatory 24_48hours ECG monitoring to examine your heart rate trends during the day
- a Head up Tilt test for orthostatic intolerance
- blood lab tests ( complete blood count, blood electrolytes, thyroid hormone levels)
You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.
Hope to have been helpful!

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
I would explain that if cardiac arrhythmia is confirmed, you will need treatment with beta-blockers or calcium channel blockers.
In case of orthostatic intolerance, there are several treatments (usually drugs, compression stocks, etc.).
In case of chronic anemia detected in the blood count, it should be treated.
In case of thyroid dysfunction, hormonal therapy may be needed.
But first, it is important performing the above mentioned tests and make the proper treatment choices, based on the cause.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
I understand your concern, and would explain that as long as no diagnosis is confirmed there is not too much to say.
This doesn't seem to be a serious clinical situation.
I would recommend you to closely monitor your heart rate and blood pressure frequent times during the day in sitting and standing up position and refer those values to your attending physician.
It is necessary avoid abrupt standing up from sitting or lying position (you should do this carefully) and take plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
Hope to have been helpful!
