Brief Answer:
ER- EKG- Endoscopy - treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

Read and understood your problems.
To recapitulate:
Female / 35 - mother of 6 - heartburn, gas, belching and asset (acid, you mean ?) taste in throat - 3 months - Now > left side pain (abdomen) - 2 Tylenol - now reduced appetite - big eater once - pain for the first time and wants to know where to go - tried OTC antacids ....

Considering an elucidate history you have provided, you may be suffering from GERD with gastric ulcer causing so much problem.

I would advise you to undergo Upper GI Endoscopy as early as possible, preferably before start of the PPI (as they do change the real picture).

If you do not get an early appointment of Endoscopy I would advise you the following.
-Go to ER have ECG / EKG also on a safer side.
Get prescription and discuss about getting an appointment or reference for Gastroenterologist,
Get started on PPI like Pantoprazole or Ranitidine,
Antacids should be take 3 tsf 3 hourly particularly when you are on empty stomach
Domperidone as you have belching too- at 8 hourly interval.
Soft bland diet.
Control of anxiety / stress as these have direct bearing upon the problems.
Avoid painkillers as they can increase the gastric problems or get one from ER which will not increase acidity.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel to ask for further relevant questions or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication.
