What Causes Heaviness In Head And Nausea After Withdrawal Of Nexito And Etilaam?

I stopped having Nexito (had headaches) by reducing to 5 mg for 5 days and stopped. Also etilaam I am taking 0.5 mg only at night.
After 5 days of stopping Nexito and 10 days of reducing etilaam I experience heavy head even in the morning which gets bad as day progress everyday for the last 3 days and sometimes have Nausea but No Panic attacks. I feel better when I go out or walk.
My Vitamin B12 is 174 and I take UBIMUTH 300. Plz help as this heavy head is very disturbing.
Symptomatic treatment and B12 supplements would help.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms and details of treatment received so far.
You took Nexito for about two weeks, gradually reduced the dose and stopped it; So, we we do not expect any withdrawal symptoms.
As of now, you should take symptomatic treatment with medication such as naproxen or etoricoxib for heavy head.
Also, your vitamin B12 level is low. You should take vitamin B12 supplements (injections, followed by tablets).
You would start getting better in a few days.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

Thanks .
My Neurologist has prescribed WECAL plus
UBIMUTH 300. Are these for Vitamin B 12.
Also he has prescribed S ADIMER 200. What is this medicine for.
Also plz tell me when should I stop using etilaam 0.5 mg.
They are not.

The best B12 source is Methycobal 500 mcg. Initially, you can take one injection daily for five days. Then, one tablet two times daily. Since these are dietary supplements, you may not need a prescription.
I am not sure about your current medications, as they are not commonly prescribed.
Once your anxiety/sleep has improved, you can stop Etilaam 0.5 mg.
