Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
I read your query and understand your concerns.
From the available description there is evidence of mood changes, lack off concentration, ruminating on past incidents, lowered self esteem, feeling of chronic boredom and some form off irritability.
The above features are indicative of depression. Although it is not possible to delineate the cause but considering your age it is most probably perimenopausal depression.
In my view it will be better if you can see a psychiatrist in your city. He may prescribe an antidepressant or may offer therapy as the severity of depression is just mild to moderate which is amenable to medications as well as therapy.
I hope this answers your question.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for my future patients.

5.Being a psychiatrist; can you suggest me some mind programming techniques I.e.how should be my thinking which will enhance positive outlook in myself

Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me and sorry for delayed reply.
Many of your questions are beyond the limits of my writing skill and I do not think your all questions can be answered genuinely.
1. Most depression episods last 9-12 months and I do not think anybody predict future of you're current episode.
2. History is the only test which can detect adequately. Laboratory tests such as hormonal profile can supplement the clinical information.
3. I think I am not expert to treat depression without treatment
4. It is cognitive behavior therapy. It is delivered across 8-12 weekly sessions by expert psychologist or psychiatrist.
5. Cognitive behavior therapy is mind programming technique for treatment of depression.
I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.
