Brief Answer:
do as advised...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
If you have started norethisterone later in your cycle after day 25 with an aim to delay your menses or after the menses have started to stop you menses then your menses shall not stop at all.
Instead, you should be opting for antifibrinolytics like TAB TRANEXAMINIC ACID 500mg three times a day for next 5 days + Tab DIOSMIN 300mg thrice a day for 3 days ( capillary stabilizer). This should help you reduce your bleeding dramatically and shall stop the menses early.
You may stop norethisterone.
One thing you should especially take care is that you should keep yourself well hydrated when taking these meds as some nausea and mild dizziness may occur if water intake is poor.
