Question: hi ,about a year and a half ago I got diagnosed as having fibroids.in the last year I have had a lot of pain really heavy bleeding even passing large clots and about ten days before my period my stomache swells a lot and I have difficulty in passing urine. but this month I have missed my period ,have got very bad lower back pain and also pain in my right groin. im 43 years old but have done three pregnancy tests all which are negative.
