Brief Answer:
you should investigate thoroughly.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM,

I can understand your concerns.

At the age of 35,pregnancy has some complications like medical illness blood pressure, blood sugar and congential anomalies in baby.so you should investigate thoroughly before conceiving.

I advise that you should go for thyroid profile testing, serum prolactin, hormonal testing as LH,FSH.pelvic ultrasound, husband semen analysis

This investigations will also help in finding cause of delaying periods.

Consult your gynecologist and discuss about it.

Hope it helps.

Feel free to ask further.

Thanks.
